Planning a Longer Term Trip?
Northern Nest offers Home Watch services for second home owners. Your home check includes a visual check of the property, interior and exterior, looking for obvious issues. After the inspection you will receive a detailed report with pictures. Exact services will be customized to your needs and property.

Pricing depends on the # of visits, # of animals, how long you’d like us to spend with your pet, ancillary services needed, and where you are located. Please feel free to e-mail [email protected] or call 763-228-4996 for a quote.
We have biosecurity procedures in place like sanitizing boots and hands before and after a visit. We also try to schedule flock visits on separate days if possible.
You will be notified immediately. During onboarding we will document your vet information and put a just-in-case plan in place.
